Contributions to California Democratic Party Federal PAC (FEC ID# C00105668): The Committee may accept up to $10,000 from individuals per calendar year and up to $5,000 from federal multicandidate PACs per calendar year. The Committee may not accept contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal contractors and foreign nationals who lack permanent residence in the United States. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
