Taking the political revolution to congress
In our first year, we were able to recruit over 50 candidates, grow to over 350,000 supporters, and raise close to $700,000 for candidates to build their campaigns. Now it's 2018, and we need to win all of these races.
We do not take any corporate PAC or corporate lobbyist money, so we need your help. Your money will go to:
- Training candidates on running effective campaigns
- Pitching candidates to press to get them exposure
- Running a national field program that mobilizes our hundreds of thousands of supporters to call voters and knock doors for our candidates
We need your help to make sure we have a Congress in 2018 that fights for Medicare-for-all, criminal justice reform, free college and trade schools, a $15 / hr living wage, and a 100% green energy economy. And best of all, not a single Justice Democrat will owe anything to any corporations for getting there.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
You can make contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to Justice Democrats’ Contribution Account. Individual contributions will be allocated as follows: $5,000 per calendar year to a bank account that operates as a Federal PAC, and the remainder to the Non-Contribution Account of the PAC.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
Contributions are limited to $3300 per individual per election. The primary and general elections are separate elections, so individuals may give up to a total of $6600 for both elections.
Contributions or gifts to Rashida Tlaib for Congress are not deductible for income tax purposes. An individual or federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,300/$5,000 per election, the Primary and General being separate elections. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the contributor's own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for individuals whose aggregate contributions are in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
