The Disabled Americans for Democracy online community was inspired by Howard Dean.
As a progressive community with core values of disability/civil/human rights and civic engagement, we naturally have a keen intrest in politics at all levels. Since our values include the promotion of peace and justice in all their forms, we support candidates with strong interest in care for veterans, the poor and marginalized and the Environment, international cooperation, education and Labor. In short, we support candidates from the Democratic wing of the Democratic Party.
Through this page, you can not only contribute to the DNC and your favorite candidates, but also make sure they know you’re a member of Disabled Americans for Democracy.
