Hillary Clinton

President

Hillary will have no problem raising money from corporate interests, be them wall-street firms, pharmaceutical giants, or defense contractors, as well as the 10 million from her Senate war-chest.
So Hillary really doesn’t need our dough at all, very deep pockets support her. However, I feel real bad that Senator Clinton is being outraised online by Dennis Kucinich and every other potential presidential candidate. To show how much support Senator Clinton has online I decided to start “My 2-cents for Hillary”. I’d urge you to give Hillary one-dollar (Actblue has a 1$ minimum) but make sure to tip ActBlue generously to pay for the overhead.
The Clintonistas like James Carville were very critical of Howard Dean not spending enough money on candidates in 06, but the ragin cajun had selective amnesia when he forgot that Senator Clinton spent 30 million on her own vannity campaign to get a lower percentage and total vote count than Eliot Spitzer on the same ballot. Could not some of this 30 million gone to help other democratic candidates Mr. Carville? Anyhow, 28 years of the Bush-Clinton domination of the whitehouse is enough. Doesn’t America have someone to offer not named Bush or Clinton
Hillary can’t admit her Iraq vote was a mistake, and has had many different versions of why her vote was not really her mistake. Already, Senator Clinton’s vote for “use of force” was said by her spokesperson to not be a vote for use of force. John Kerry 2004 deja vu. Let’s hope our stenographer journalists can do a better job than they have in the past.
This YouTube video shows Hillary just before the invasion of Iraq clearly saying that her decades of following Saddam Hussein leave no doubt in her mind that Military intervention is the only way to disarm Saddam, yet amazingly Hillary says her vote was never meant for war.

Where is our press asking the tough questions? Why do brave typical Americans like Roger Tilton have to do the press’s job for them?
During a town hall meeting on Saturday in Berlin, New Hampshire, Roger Tilton-who drove three hours from Nashua to see the Senator in person-questioned her.
Roger Tilton: I want to know if right here, right now, once and for all and without nuance, you can say that war authorization was a mistake. I, and I think a lot of other primary voters — until we hear you say it, we’re not going to hear all the other great things you are saying.
Obviously, the Clinton campaign is following George W. Bush’s template in so many ways it’s hard to list them all.
1. Like Bush, Hillary spent an ungodly and unnecessary sum on her own re-election where no one can name her opponent.
2. Like Bush, Hillary wants a corporate press driven coronation that leaves out rigorous debate of the issues.
3. Like Bush, Hillary can not admit to having made a mistake. The classic 2004 Town Hall where President Bush could not think of a single mistake he made in his first term is very reminescent of Hillary and her Iraq war vote.
