Robert and I are friends from graduate school; we have known one another for several years. Like many, he is smart and talented, but like few he understands and relates to a wide variety of people. I believe that Robert’s passion for service comes from knowing that his gifts are rare and should therefore be put to good use.
Robert is a young candidate who knows the traditional values that his family has instilled and he is a candidate who has earned my trust through several years of friendship. Most importantly, he is candidate with his eyes focused on the future and his hands ready to work for those he represents.
I am asking my friends to support Robert not only because of my recommendation, but because of the principled stance towards refreshing our democracy as often as possible with selected talented young leaders such as Robert.
Those who support Robert through this fundraiser will affectionately be known as members of the 4c group (Concerned Californians Committed to Change)
