In exactly four weeks, voters across the country and our district will head to the polls and we’ll finally have the power to change Washington and elect leaders like Barack Obama, Dick Durbin and Scott Harper.
As our most loyal supporters, you already know who Scott Harper is and why we need him in Congress.
But what you may not know is that now is a critical time for our campaign where our most important decisions are being made – decisions like how much mail can we send out, how many new organizers can we hire, how much television time can we purchase and how we can most effectively get out the vote.
