Dems need to win in Illinois to take control of the House of Reps in 2006.
Christine Cegelis, a Dean Dozen candidate in 2004, is running again for the seat currently held by Rep. Henry Hyde. Hyde has announced his plans to retire at the end of 2006, making IL-06 a potential open-seat pickup for Democrats.
