We’ve been working together to build a new progressive majority in our country to achieve real change. Barack Obama’s transformative candidacy gives us an historic opportunity to realign American politics and start meeting the challenges of the 21st century, challenges that have been ignored or grown worse through eight years of George W Bush: health care, an energy crisis, global climate change, an economy under stress, AIDS in Africa, America’s role in the world.

Below you can give what you can to help give Barack Obama’s campaign the push he needs to overcome tough odds in the next round of primaries and take his campaign to a new level. And you can also give to my organization, Campaign for Our Country, which is dedicated to working across the nation to grow our Democratic majorities in the Senate and House and defeat the Roadblock Republicans so we build true working majorities for change.

We can win this year up and down the ticket, in red states and blue states, and we’re going to give all we have all over America to do it. Whatever you can give to these two great causes will help us bring about the change we seek.
