Roy Carter has made a committment to fight for all the people of the 5th District and to be a representative of independence and integrity.

We must vote Virginia Foxx out of office, and Roy is the best chance we've had in many years. He is committed and vigorous in his campaign to defeat Foxx, and has taken every opportunity possible to introduce himself to the people of the 5th District--driving many miles and spending countless hours on the campaign trail.

Roy has mounted a grassroots campain, and your contribution will help Roy to win this crucial race despite Foxx's war chest.

I've never ask friends to contribute to a campaign before, and if I didn't believe Roy had what it takes to defeat Virginia Foxx, I would not do so now. He has a dedicated and experienced staff, is a full-time candidate and has the will power, intelligence and committment to win this race.

I am proud to have known Coach Carter for many years and am convinced Roy can take back the 5th with our help.
