<blurb>The following three candidates are global leaders who share our values. They will work on the global problems we face today, from the environment to genocide to nuclear proliferation. These issues require nations to work together, and these candidates champion that mindset. These races are critical in the November elections. Please help them get elected to Congress!</blurb>

<pageblurb>During his tenure in the U.S. House, Mark Udall has been a champion of for global cooperation and change. He has consistently received an A or better on our last four Congressional Report Cards. His opponent Bob Shaffer, on the other hand, was a leader in the movement to get the U.S. out of the U.N. Help steer the U.S. Senate away from unilateral policies by voting for Mark Udall.</pageblurb>

<pageblurb>Dr. Bill Durston, a Vietnam veteran and respected physician, is running in a tough race against 7th term Rep. Dan Lungren. As a veteran, Durston experienced the horrors of war and recognizes that the use of military conflict should be reserved as an absolute last resort. He instead advocates for using international organizations, such as the U.N., to maintain peaceful relationships and resolve conflicts. On his website, he says “I will work toward making the U.S. a good partner with the other countries of the world and toward making the UN an effective world government.”</pageblurb>

<pageblurb>We backed Gabrielle Giffords in her first run in 2006 and haven't regretted that decision. She got an A on our Congressional Report Card and she sits on the important House Foreign Affairs committee. She's voted for funding international organizations and against torture. Let's help her win a second term!</pageblurb>
