We are lapsed Democrats, rational ex-Republicans and Democrats who had lost our hope and energy to fight. Some of us had given up on politicians entirely. Howard Dean changed our minds.

Most of us have never donated to a political party. We do so now thanks to people like Howard Dean. As long as Dean and his ideals have clout within the party, we will support it.

We are not donating to the DNC to support appeasers, capitulators, and the GOP-Lite within the party. We want reform Democrats to run and win. We are Deanocrats and we will work to rebuild this party from the grassroots up.
