Rohan Singh rohan@washington.edu <strong>Ashwin Madia is an Indian-American running to be the representative of Minnesota&#39;s 3rd district.</strong> The National Republican Campaign Committee has just released an ad attacking Madia that is blatantly race-baiting. In the ad, the <strong>Republicans have intentionally darkened photos of in what is &quot;essentially an appeal to racism&quot;</strong> (<a href="http://www.kare11.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=528296&amp;catid=14">Kare 11 News</a>).<br /><br />This sort of thing is just not acceptable in this day and age. Madia is an Iraq veteran who is running on a platform of a responsible end to the war, energy independence, environmental protection, and balancing the federal budget. <strong>Please help fight this vicious smear by contributing $5, $15, $30, or really any amount you can.
