Through astounding diligence my community has made every effort to overcome every obstacle, to rebuild our homes, lives and community despite lack of funding and support on every government level (local, state and federal). Our area desperately needs change of representation in Washington. Dr Gilda Reed is a Democratic Candidate for the US House Congressional Seat for Louisiana 1st District, a critical Congressional race in my community forthcoming in 2008.
