CONTRIBUTIONS TO MINNESOTA SENATE VICTORY 2008 WILL BE ALLOCATED AS FOLLOWS: the first $2,300/$5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Al Franken for Senate and will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate party will be allocated to the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party. Any Contributor may designate his or her contribution to a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.

Contributions or gifts to Minnesota Senate Victory 2008 are not tax deductible. Corporate contributions are prohibited.
