The most recent Pennslyvania polls show Specter is in free fall, now at 44% with Joe Hoeffel closing daily. But Hoeffel has less than $500K in hand. Every dollar you donate make it possible for Hoeffel to compete and take advantage of Specter’s poor numbers. With the latest round of redistricting in Pennsylvania, my vote here in PAs 6th Congressional district is essentially meaningless. Yet of those rare of competitive races, three of them are in Pennsylvania. All three are in the Philadelphia area, one of the most expensive media markets in the country. So even if my vote for Congress is meaningless, I can make a difference by contributing to these races. Pennslyvania should be a Democratic state. We have a Democratic governor. We should have a Democratic Senator, as well. Joe Hoeffel is in a tough race against “moderate” GOP Senator Arlen Specter. The latest poll shows Specter is only at 44%. All Joe needs to do is get his name recognition up in the next two weeks, and he has a real shot. I am tired of being unrepresented in Congress. I want my voice back. Please help.
