This is phase 2 of my plan to get George Bush out of office and replaced with a progressive candidate so I can redeem my pledge not to get a haircut until GW is out of office. . I’ve added fundraising for 2008 Presidential candidates and prospects. Help us choose the best one of them by donating to their campaigns or their drafts!
In the summer of 2004 I vowed to not get my hair cut until George Bush is out of office. One of the things we can do to make sure that he leaves office on time, or perhaps sooner, is to elect a Democratic Congress in 2006. So please help me get a haircut by contributing to these candidates.

In the meantime, give generously here.

Darcy is challenging Dave Reichert just down the road from me in WA-08.
Bush cam to town a few weeks ago and raised lots of money for Reichert. So let’s help her out.

Richard Pombo, Jerry’s opponent, is the leading anti-environmentalist in the house right now. We need to get him out. Jerry has been endorsed by Wes Clark, and will be a good friend of the environment since

We Montana boys have to stick together. I grew up there in the 1950’s and early 60’s. Montana always had a progressive outlook on the national scene even when electing conservatives on the state level back in the 50’s and 60’s. Now that the progressives have surged ahead at the state level, it’s time to catch up nationally.
Particularly when the current Republican Senator is one of the Crooks!

OK, let’s face it—Rick is a fairly safe incumbent who has lots of money, and he is on Atrios Dirty 13 list. But I would be chagrined if he actually lost and I had to live in a Republican district.
After all, he did survive Steven Colbert.
