Having gone to school, worked and lived in New Hampshire, I know it’s a unique place that deserves extraordinary representation.
Fortunately for New Hampshire (and the nation), Jeanne Shaheen is officially announcing her candidacy for the U.S. Senate on Sunday.

She is one of the most honest, hard-working and caring political leaders I have ever had the good fortune of working with and seeing in action.
Her opponent, John Sununu, or SuNONO as I like to call him, isn’t right for New Hampshire. He’s out of touch and out of time. America needs change, and Governor Shaheen is ready to deliver.
There’s no question she’s the best candidate for the job.
I know you all get a lot of solicitations, but I don’t send an email like this for just anybody. In fact, I hate fundraising. But Jeanne Shaheen is special. We need her voice in the U.S. Senate, and to get her there, we have to help her raise the money necessary to fight the Republican machine that will do whatever they can - legal or illegal (like last time) - to beat her. She’s tough, but it takes money.
