I believe the Democrats have a number of great candidates for President. I admire the passion of Barak Obama, the strong beliefs of John Edwards, the knowledge of Biden, the integrity of Dodd, and the diplomatic skills of Richardson. I don't include Kucinich since he is a bit nuts. However, if you want one person with passion, strong beliefs, knowledge, intergrity, diplomacy and not nuts, then I believe Hillary Clinton is a great choice. Hillary Clinton has consistently defended those rights in the constitution that Bush has trampled on. Most importantly, Hillary is on the correct side of the following issues: choice, gay rights, civil rights, womens' rights, economic equality, fairness, climate change and using diplomacy and negotiation for peace. It is time to make history and have a woman in the white house. As a bonus, Bill Clinton could be the most effective "first spouse" in history. Remember when the last Clinton ran the white house, when Americans who believed that Government could help people actually ran it, when the FEMA and the VA actually worked, when the budget was balanced, when we went to war to stop genocide, when we brought opposing parties together for peace, when regulations and laws were followed and enforced, and when the world respected the United States. This webpage is also dedicated to Dolores Cirelli, my mother in law who passed away 4 years ago. She was a big fan of Hillary Clinton and used to say she was a "smart lady'.
