We have an open Congressional seat in the Minnesota 3rd district that has been held by the Republican party for over 50 years. In 2008 the Democrats have a strong chance to take this seat with a strong candidate. I am supporting and working for Jim Hovland. Jim has progressive values and a genuiness that is hard to find these days. He is the candidate in the race that can win this seat for the Democratic party.

Campaigns at this level cost serious money. Jim depends on individual contributions from people like you. Please help send Jim to Congress in 2008 with your financial support in any amount. The maximum allowed per individual is $2300. I am also asking that you send this message to anyone who believes we need more Democrats in the U.S. House of Represenatatives.
