Jay and his wife of 35 years, Joanne, moved to the 86th over twenty-five years ago where they raised their two sons, Chris and Ryan.
Understanding the value of community, Jay then began an extensive career of volunteer public service. Whether it was coaching youth sports, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Dulles Chamber of Commerce, or serving as Vice Chairman Herndon’s Planning Commission, Jay always answered the call to serve his community.
Jay is a graduate of the University of Pacific Law School and recently retired from a thirty-two year career in management and sales with Triple-A (American Automobile Association). He worked extensively with business owners and understands the importance of efficient transportation to the continued prosperity of the region.
