Bill Richardson is the most qualified candidate running for President. He has both foreign and domestic experience, speaks Spanish, and has tremendous appeal across traditional political divisions. He needs money to be taken seriously by Big Media, and to buy advertisements in Iowa and New Hampshire, where he must have a big showing if he hopes to move to the top of the first tier candidates.
