If elected as attorney general of Utah, I will protect the public interest by advocating for ethics reform in our legislature, prosecuting those who engage in predatory lending practices or investment schemes, protecting children from abuse, neglect and exploitation, and providing balance in our government.
Since 1999, I have prosecuted educators who have violated the ethical standards of the profession. I have provided legal advice to the State Board of Education, school districts, teachers, parents, and legislators. In both capacities, I have worked with many groups and individuals to protect public education and I will continue to protect the public interest as attorney general.
