The ballot description for Proposition 8 makes it perfectly clear. Prop 8 "eliminates the right of same sex couples to marry."

Everyone should have the right to marry! Right now, everyone does in California.

Don't let fear mongering take away a fundamental right and codify discrimination. This vote affects everyone's rights! We need your help to balance the information and let voters know what they are really voting for.

If a California voter, Vote No on 8 on November 4. If you're eligible to vote in California and have not registered, REGISTER and vote NO and get everyone you know to do the same. If you’re a Californian or not, you can help others stamp out the hate, get out the vote and donate. (Apologies, but you must be a U.S. citizen to donate.)
