With Frank Kratovil as our candidate in Maryland’s First Congressional district we have the rare chance to pick up a House seat in what has been a Republican seat for decades. In the Republican congressional primary, ultra right winger Andy Harris defeated moderate incumbent Wayne Gilchrest in an extremely nasty race increasing our prospects of picking up this seat.
