In her 2010 bid to unseat Rep. Jane Harman in the 36th congressional district, Winograd wants to put 10,000,000 Americans back to work repairing our country’s infrastructure, building rapid transit, and developing alternative energy to make America more secure. She pledges to join the congressional Progressive Caucus, end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and use that taxpayer money for jobs, healthcare, and education.
