Dr. Chuck Pennacchio is a proud Pennsylvanian, born in Delaware County in 1959. He lives in rural Bucks County with his wife of 14 years, Nancy, and their two children. A Ph.D. in American, European and Diplomatic History, Chuck is Director of the History Program at University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

With your help, Chuck will be the progressive Democrat who defeats Sen. Rick Santorum in 2006.
