The Penobscot County Democratic Committee (PCDC) is located in Maine’s 2nd Congressional District – home of Congressman Mike Michaud (D).
Unfortunately, it is also the home base county of Sen. Susan Collins, one of George Bush’s closest allies for passing conservative legislation and right-wing appointments.
