In Colorado, where Republican Senator Wayne Allard is retiring, we have a huge pick up opportunity. Let’s be clear. This is our NUMBER ONE pick up chance for the Senate in 2008. The first Republican to announce his candidacy for the seat is oil lobbyist Scott McInnis, who has angered many residents with his efforts to open up much of Colorado’s Western slope to energy interests.
