Dennis Kucinich is the progressive candidate. He is the only candidate that had the foresight not to vote for war in Iraq. Though it is true that many of the candidates were not in a position to vote on this issue. While there is no doubt that Kucinich will not be “The Candidate,” supporting him helps give voice to progressive ideas. The longer he stays in the more credence and voice we give to a progressive perspective. If you are tired of pabulum speaking, middle of the road Democrats that don’t look all that different than many Republicans, give Kucinich a little green energy. He is helping move the mainstream to the left.
