Phyllis is an energetic, action-oriented leader with a proven record of building coalitions to get things done. Her enthusiasm is infectious. She’s a moderate Democrat with a passion for healthcare reform that has already resulted in the establishment of a nationally-recognized indigent healthcare program in Hillsborough County. We need Phyllis in Congress representing Tampa Bay, Florida and all the people in the country who are tired of the politics of fear and divisiveness.
