Dear Friend, It has been an exciting week – the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee openly promoted our race and encouraged its members to contribute to our efforts before the second quarter fundraising deadline on June 30th. Currently, this Mississippi Senate race is receiving high praise and is on pace to be one of the most highly watched races in 2008. While we continue to pick up momentum and the attention of pundits across the country, I am focused on fighting for the citizens of Mississippi. Washington isn’t working and I intend to find solutions to the problems that directly affect the people of this great state.
