The time has come for a change in NE Ohio.
Dennis Kucinich has achieved icon status among antiwar progressives nationwide, and we honor him for being right about Iraq early on. But his interest in becoming President has taken his attention away from the job he was elected to perform here in the 10th district, and many of us who live here feel we deserve full-time representation in Congress. Cleveland has been devastated by the loss of jobs, and our young people are leaving Ohio because of the lack of opportunities here. We need leadership by someone who is able and willing to work full time serving the families of the 10th district.
I believe that leader is Rosemary Palmer. Rosemary’s family was devastated by the Iraq war, but many more families have been devastated by harmful economic policies.. Rosemary brings fresh ideas for creating jobs, improving education, and saving our environment—as well as a willingness to work with others (rather than drawing a line in the sand) toward a realistic plan to bring our troops home from Iraq!
