  <title>Important Democratic Senate Races</title>

<blurb>These are the most important Senate races, where your dollars can make a real, immediate diffference. This nifty system from ActBlue will let you make one contribution via your credit card and automatically split it between all these candidates. You&amp;#39;re also welcome, of course, to give to any one or more particular candiates you like. Because of campaign contribution limits, the most you can donate to a candidate in a general election is $2,100. Therefore, a contribution of &lt;b&gt;$8,400&lt;/b&gt; in the box below would contribute the legally allowable maximum to each of these crucial candidates. I have met with each of these candidates personally and have already contributed my maximum to them. I hope you&amp;#39;ll do the same! -David

PS: If you want to concentrate your donations, please start at the top and work down. Tester and Ford are in the closest races as we get down to the wire, and could really use the money!</blurb>

<pageblurb> &amp;acirc;&#8364;&#339;I&amp;acirc;&#8364;&#8482;m running for United States Senate because Washington has lost its way, and we need to set it right. Bring honesty to government. Help America become energy independent. And stop saddling our children with debt.&amp;acirc;&#8364;&#157;</pageblurb>

<pageblurb>As a candidate for the U.S. Senate, Ford wants to make government work for all Tennesseans, not just a few. He is working to make our country independent of Middle East oil, wants a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution, and is sponsoring bipartisan legislation, the ASPIRE Act, to provide an investment account for every child born in America. He believes in the transformative power of early childhood education and the ability of faith and community based organizations to heal our communities.</pageblurb>

<pageblurb>As a U.S. Senator, Maria has worked hard on behalf of Washington state. On the economy, she&amp;apos;s helped boost Washington&amp;apos;s economy and create jobs by supporting longtime state industries such as aerospace, trade, and agriculture, and by cultivating new ones, such as software and biotechnology. She&amp;apos;s been a leader on energy and environmental issues in the Senate, leading the fight to protect our public national forests with the Roadless Rule. She believes we must become independent from Middle East oil and she successfully led the fight to block the Republican energy plan. Maria has also worked for strong relations between the US and Israel. She supports a woman&amp;apos;s right to choose and has fought for better education opportunities for children nationwide and greater access to quality health care.</pageblurb>

<pageblurb>As a Congressman from the 13th District since 1992, he&amp;acirc;&#8364;&#8482;s earned a reputation as an independent voice for ordinary Ohioans and middle-class families &amp;acirc;&#8364;&#8220; a man of principle who has made a career of standing up to special interests who have too much influence in Washington.
