Here's some of our accomplishments and things we're working on: <ul><li>The Massage Parlor Legislation that combats the exploitation of women and girls sponsored by Supervisor Carmen Chu </li><li>Endorsements and a slate for the May special election </li><li>Statewide legislation with a number of state legislators--including SB792 which would move the Bayview-Hunters Point Project forward and AB1017 which would make sure rape kits are analyzed properly </li><li>Monthly networking happy hours at Soluna </li><li>A speaker series with electeds <li>Our annual San Francisco Women's Policy Summit is scheduled for September in which we bring all the women's organizations in San Francisco to discuss future policy goals and build relationships. This will be the fourth year.</li></li></ul> We've also been doing the "not so sexy stuff" like cleaning up our membership databases, raising money, creating subcommittees, forming relationships and growing the membership. We are gearing up to be a lean, mean machine for a big year of political action in 2010.
