Josh Zeitz is running in a close congressional race in New Jersey's Fourth District against Republican incumbent Chris Smith.

However, does Chris Smith really live in New Jersey? Last year he spent only eight nights in New Jersey. In reality, he lives in Virginia where he has received $80,000 from in-state tuition breaks, and has dodged $60,000 in New Jersey property taxes. The fact is this: Smith has either defrauded the State of Virginia out of tens of thousands of dollars, or he is no longer eligible to be a Congressman from the State of New Jersey.
