Democrat Dennis Spivack is running against so called âmoderateâ Republican, Mike Castle, for Delawareâs sole congressional seat. Moderate is not an accurate term to describe Castle, as he is a solid rubber stamp for the Bush administration and Republican agenda. Dennis believes that reform must begin with strong and focused leadership on key issues such as responsible spending, improved healthcare access, energy independence, creating jobs, and providing a better future for all Americans.
