Hi, everyone! This is Andrew (atdnext/atdleft) from Nevada Progressive (http://nvprogressive.blogspot.com) . Even though I've been quite involved in repealing Prop H8 in California for the past year and am just beginning to get started here in Nevada, we can not forget our friends in Washington (state) & Maine facing a special election this fall. If Question 1 passes in Maine, the freedom to marry will be stripped from LGBT citizens there just like Prop H8 took away LGBT Californians' civil rights. And if Referendum 71 fails in Washington, domestic partnerships will not be expanded to provide adequate legal protection for LGBT families there. The religious right is attacking our community yet again, so we need to be ready to defeat them this fall!

To show how much I'm committed to defending equality, I'm ready to put my money where my mouth is (and this is where I need your help!). Please join me in supporting No on 1 in Maine and Approve Ref. 71 in Washington to stand in support of our LGBT brothers and sisters in these states. They are under attack, and they need our help to stop the religious right assault on their states and their Constitutional rights!
