Right now, the equality of all LGBT people is being threatened in Kalamazoo.

On June 29 the Kalamazoo City Commission passed a fully inclusive non-discrimination ordinance that would make it so all people who go to work, live in, or visit Kalamazoo are treated equally—including gay and transgender people.

Anti-equality groups forced the measure to go to the ballot this November. If people against equality win, it will set back progress for the entire state.
