We’re in the closing weeks of this campaign season, and I know that many different groups, including us, have asked for your support. But, now is the time to dig deep, and help those veterans running for Congress. Today, we're asking that you send immediate and urgent donations to two such veterans – Eric Massa and Charlie Brown – who are both being subjected to swift boat attacks, questioning their love and service to this nation.<br />
Eric Massa and Charlie Brown have a long and distinguished record of military service to this nation, and their love of this nation was demonstrated through that service, and their service to the public after they left the military. But, to get that message out to battle the swift boating, it’s going to take money to fund television and radio ads, do on the ground organizing, and organize voter to voter contact. Together, we can ensure that truth and honor win over smears and attacks.
