Barack (and Jim Himes in my own CT-04 district) are obvious! As to the Senate candidates:

1. Some are too spectacular NOT to support.

2. Some face opponents receiving huge financial backing from the RNC. Despite successful fundraising, they need more funding to truly compete.

3. Some oppose absolutely horrendous candidates, such as (but hardly limited to) Stevens-AK, Cornyn-TX, Inhofe-OK, Sununu-NH and Dole-NC.

4. Still others face very steep odds in red states. Supporting them in a 50-state strategy is critical to electing better candidates nationwide over time. Plus, a stronger showing in Senate races builds momentum for down-ballot races, while our lack of support will only render these states forever red.

So - PLEASE - let your motivation reach into your wallet as far as you can. Barack's average June donation was only $68! And remember that, with enough donations, even $5 and $10 apiece can make a huge difference.

TOGETHER WE MUST BRING ABOUT CHANGE...THE STAKES ARE TOO HIGH TO ACCOMPLISH LESS!!!
