He voted again and again to eviscerate the Constitution as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee under the Bush Administration. He cut a deal with Democratic Party insiders to keep all of his privileges as a senator, but keeps voting like the same old Specter. We can do much better with Joe Sestak. He is for a public option in health care reform, for card check reform to support working people, and has a stellar environmental record.
