Republicans are airing ads in Arizona that darken David Garcia’s face and make up wholesale lies about his positions. White nationalists have protested Stacey Abrams’s events in Georgia. And West Virginia progressive Sammi Brown’s opponent chairs a PAC that is airing racist attack ads around the country.
