TELL DEMS: Not one penny in tax cuts for corporations
Democrats could blow it right here. Going along with Trump and Republicans to cut corporate taxes now will be a 2018 and 2020 disaster, exploding deficits, moving the national debate toward draconian spending cuts, and causing fearful Dems to go on defense instead of offense.
It could put huge parts of the Democratic agenda all but off the table for multiple election cycles -- just like the budget sequester did during the Obama years.
Our Capitol Hill team is already meeting with Democrats to head a disaster off at the pass. In the coming months, we'll organize progressives and others across the country to fight Trump's tax cuts and make sure corporations pay their fair share.
