In 2021, state legislatures across the country will begin the process of redrawing Congressional and state district boundaries to align with the 2020 Census. This process can have significant and long-lasting implications on the ability of Democrats to win federal and state legislative races. In fact, it's one of the factors credited with the past ten years of Republican rule.
